Why no product dipslay on POS ?

In our pos, all product exist on “default online store” by default. So, if you create a custom outlet, no product display on your outlet.

Let image you are store owner with multiple store location. when you open new “outlet” ( brick and mortal store) , you should SHIP product to your store to start sale.

to resolve problem. there are 2 option you can choose:

  1. Set your register under “default online store”

2. If you want use custom outlet, you should assign product to your new outlet ( admin/pos/stock overview)

    after done but problem still exist, please drop a support ticket with your site admin + ftp information to get help check.
