Digital Product – 7-Day Refund (Any Reason)

OpenPOS – A WooCommerce Point of Sale is a digital software product. We offer a 7-day refund policy for any reason, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.
  • The request includes a valid order ID and purchase email address.
  • The request complies with the terms outlined in this policy.

Refunds may be requested for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, usability concerns, or product expectations.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
  • The product license has been suspended due to policy violations or misuse.
